Amidst the Chinese government's ban on most Korean dramas and shows, 'Sound of Heart' is earning more and more popularity.
KBS2 sitcom 'Sound of Heart' released its first episode on November 7 through China's Sohu.com, and since has reached over 1 million views as of December 15!
The show has passed China's ban order and is able to air normally online, and despite many people's worries about its performance, it continues to pull in more viewers. On Sohu.com, 'Sound of Heart' is topping the Korean drama chart, proving its popularity.
It is also doing well in Korea, with almost 30,000,000 views on Naver TVcast and achieving 6.2% in ratings on the first episode that aired on KBS2.
Staff of 'Sound of Heart' stated, "In a difficult situation with the ban in China, we are happy that Chinese viewers are liking 'Sound of Heart.' We did not predict that it would be loved in both Korea and China," thanking the viewers.
