Before jumping into the reading, Highlight's Doojoon relayed his wishes on behalf of the cast, saying, "I believe we were destined to work together on this particular project. We will do our best to become a happy radio family until the very end."
Actress Kim So Hyun also expressed, "This will be my first project since turning 20 years old and officially becoming an adult. I too, will work hard."
Other stars such as Girl's Day's Yura and Kwak Dong Yeon also tested out their chemistry with the staff and cast on this day. The staff commented, "The script reading was filled with great enthusiasm as the actors realistically read their lines in accordance to the director's guidelines. 'Radio Romance' is set to warm the hearts of viewers this winter season, so please look forward to the first broadcast."
Meanwhile, 'Radio Romance' will be premiering some time next month.
