Jonghun has been charged with actually filming and distributing hidden camera clips himself.
Originally, he was charged with 5 counts of distributing videos he had received from other people.However, during investigations, the police found evidence that he himself had also filmed a hidden camera video. That increases his charges up to 6, with the most recent charge being the most serious.
