ZE:A's Siwan posed for his first official photoshoot since his discharge from military service, for the May issue of 'Cosmopolitan'!
In the photoshoot, Siwan confidently showed off his toned arms and abs, sharing, "As I enlisted, I vowed, 'I'll work on building my body before my discharge'. But I think this will be my last time. I can't promise anything after this photoshoot (Laughter). Building my body was such a hard process, I can't think to myself that I should keep it up. Of course, if it's required for a production... (Sigh...). There are some people who do this as a hobby. That's the one thing I can never understand, 'Addicted to working out'. It's something that will never ever happen to me. I like sports, but working out is too long a test of endurance."
Next, Siwan talked about his love for music, stating, "I debuted as a singer because I love music after all. I even go to the noraebang (karaoke) by myself. I sing to my heart's content, using up all of my time to the max including the extra service time. One of my favorite songs to sing is Han All's 'Again', and another song I've been obsessed with is "Shallow", the OST from 'A Star Is Born' sung by Lady Gaga."
Naturally, the topic of music led to a question about his group ZE:A. Siwan said, "Even though we don't meet up often, I trust that we have a strong connection. Even when we meet up for the first time after a while, it feels familiar and we're happy to see one another. As long as such reliability exists, I believe we will continue our good relationship."
