BTS V along with famous Hollywood Celebrity Zendaya, has been featured in a new song released by the popular Russian group, Frendzona (Френдзона).
Frendzona's female member, Maybe Baby, posted a video introducing the new song called 'КРАШ-ТЕСТ' (Crash Test) to Tiktok.
Frendzona is a Russian pop duo who debuted in 2018 and is on the top 40 charts of Russian celebrities. They are considered as new generation rising stars in Russia with over 1.06M subscribers on YouTube. Their songs reached 76.5M total impressions, 1.9M upvotes and their highest charting position is #2.
The lyrics of the new song introduced by them include "I'm not Zendaya but you ain't Taehyung !"

Zendaya Coleman is a global actress, considered as the hottest style icon in Hollywood, also called the role model for young girls. Mayby Baby also showed her love for Zendaya as well as BTS V by uploading V's photos on Tiktok's viral Sexy Back Challenge.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the survey of the '2019 National Image of Korea' on the 4th of last month. The country with the highest positive rating was Russia, with 94.8% responding positively to Korea. As a positive image factor, Korean pop music (K-pop), movies, and popular culture were the highest. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Welfare said, "It seems that the Korean Wave has contributed greatly to the formation of a positive national image."
BTS is taking the lead in improving the national image in Russia, although there is little activity. According to Korean Media, particularly, member V is recognized as 'the representative of K-pop' so his real name appears in the lyrics of local songs.
Russia is a country where individual fan clubs are active, and K-pop fans have joined the K-pop community through Russia's largest social network, Vkontakte (VK), and are actively engaged in mutual exchange activities. VK boasts 590 million users. Dear Zone, the largest K-pop community based on VK, announces the K-pop fan club status every month.
According to the Deer Zone Ranking (http://deerzone.org/top100 ), as of May, BTS is the most popular group in Russia with approximately 480,000 fan club members. As a remarkable matter, V ranked 4th with a total of 180,000 fan club members in the overall ranking of groups and individuals, and the monthly increase in membership was the highest among individual artists.
Russia's representative of K-pop V is definitely showing his overwhelming popularity not only in Korea, globally as well.
