In the episode, Lee Eun Hye expresses her eager desire to return to her career as a model after meeting with her friend. Despite her earnest desire to return, she also expresses her fears of making a comeback.
Still, Lee Eun Hye becomes determined to return to her work after listening to her friend's advice that it might get more difficult to return to her career if it is later.

However, Lee Eun Hye expresses the feeling that she had pent up inside her, to which Roh Ji Hoon finally decides to have a vasectomy for his wife.
Roh Ji Hoon's decision was a surprise because he had expressed his desire to have a second and third child.
Soon after, Roh Ji Hoon and his wife Lee Eun Hye visits the doctors to hear a piece of unexpected information from the doctors.

Meanwhile, Roh Ji Hoon and Lee Eun Hye married back in 2018 and gave birth to a son in November of that same year.
