After "Butter" placed #1 for seven consecutive weeks on Billboard's "HOT 100" chart, BTS's newest single, "Permission To Dance," took the number 1 place last week.
BTS is truly dominating the Billboard charts as their single "Butter" is back at number. Billboard stated, "BTS' 'Butter' rebounds to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, from No. 7, adding an eighth week on top and tying for the chart's longest command of 2021."
In fact, "Butter" replaced BTS' other track, "Permission to Dance," which debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 a week earlier. BTS's "Butter" is now on its eighth week as number 1 on the top music chart in the U.S. "Permission to Dance" dropped down to number 7 on the chart.
