Every day, it seems like BTS' member Jimin gets fresh recognition for his talents as well as achieving more milestones.
On the 24th of July, Two-time Olympic Medalist and legendary figure skater Yuzuru Hanyudeclared himself a fan of BTS and, in particular, mentioned member Jimin in an interview on Dream On The Ice.
In the interview, he revealed that he draws inspiration from Jimin and his cool movements when he dances on the rink.
Jimin's body is very flexible and his lines are very thin, so there are some techniques that he can show. I'm looking for cool moves not only from a skating perspective, but also from a more outside world perspective.
Figure skater Yuzuru Hanyu, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, has publicly declared himself a fan of BTS.

Fans who were impressed by the recognition also reminisced the many times when Jimin has shown his incredible dancing skills that make him look like he is a figure skater on an ice rink, thanks to his smooth and elegant sliding across the floor when he performs.
it’s genuinely so amazing that jimin’s getting praised not only by a professional figure skater but by THE GOAT of the entire sport, yuzuru’s artistry is so beautiful & the fact that he’s studying jimin’s movements makes my heart so FULL 🥺 talent recognises talent indeed

This is not the first time that Jimin has received a lot of recognition for his talents from famous figure skaters. In 2020, Canadian figure skating Champion Roman Sadovsky did Jimin's iconic flip sharing it on Instagram with, "Try it on ice?! Yay or nay?! Well, I saw Jimin do it , so I had to do as well."

JIMIN's flips inspired 2020 Candaian Figure Skating Champion ROMAN SADOVSKY that he wants to try JM's flip on ice (Figure Skating). JM's flips are technical, controlled & JM has strong core strength so to implement JM's flip on ice, he needs technique 🧡pic.twitter.com/OmmSNSbQuC

Later this year, Japanese duo Tim Koleto and Misato Komatsubara used Filter as the background music for their routine on Star On Ice, incorporating some of his dance moves and even dressing in red suits. The two are 2020 NHK Trophy Gold Medalists and three-time Japanese National Champions who revealed themselves to have been inspired by Jimin's performance of the song, further illustrating its impact.
