Netizens say Sunmi should be protected as one deranged individual threatens to kill her

Recently, Sunmi fans have become worried as the idol shared on her social media a captured photo of an online community post that said, "How do I kill this b*** Sunmi?"

On October 11, Sunmi tweeted screen captures of posts from the online community DC Gallery threatening to kill her and also threatening to leave malicious comments on her music streaming profile when she releases an album. 

The idol continued to tweet messages expressing her feelings, saying, "What did I do so wrong?" "What do you want me to do?" "What aspect of me do you hate and make you want to kill me? Is it my judgement standard that I said during episode 1? I put forth an effort to speak in a way it can resonate with more people as I observed myself. With all earnestness in every moment, I thought about what I can do for our girls." and "Support our girls more. Please."

After seeing Sunmi's tweets, many worried netizens gathered to an online community to raise their voice, saying that Sunmi needs to be protected. Netizens commented, "She should not look at those online communities," "That site should disappear," "That person is crazy, I saw Sunmi taking care of the contestants so well," "Those trashy malicious commenters just need to be sued," "I feel so bad for Sunmi," "She needs to be protected," "Take legal action," "Those types of people need to be taught a lesson," "the DC gallery people are crazy," "My heart hurts," and "In all honesty, there's no solution to those types of crazy people unless you sue them."
