
G-Dragon once again proves his name in the fashion world, surpassing global names like Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and Beyonce to be in the top three on celebrity section of 2021 Fashion IP 100 List, which was released by Suntchi's resource cooperation platform Fashion Exchange and Alibaba's big data platform CBNData.
The list covers the most commercial valued global fashion IPs in China in terms of designers/designer brands, celebrities, artists, and influencers, and evaluating them according to three standards: a consumption index, search frequency on Chinese search engine Baidu and popularity on China's Twitter-like Sina Weibo.

Chinese actor Shawn Yue is ranked No. 1 in the celebrities section, followed by Chinese supermodel Liu Wen, then G-Dragon taking the third place despite being away from his main job, music, for 4 years now and only releasing a few projects in 2021 mainly his Nike collaboration with Sneakers 'Kwondo1'. After G-Dragon, he's followed by powerhouse celebrities like Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Beyonce, and Pharrell Williams.

On the overall list of the 2021 most powerful designers/designer brands, celebrities, artists, and influencers in fashion, G-Dragon is listed as the 10th most powerful name in fashion, while YEEZY (Kanye West brand) topped the 2021 list. On the overall list, G-Dragon is the only Korean celebrity to be listed.
Other notable K-Pop names on the list includeJackson Wang, who is ranked 7th in the Top Celebrity list and 45th in the overall list.
