tripleS have been garnering attention with their unique worldview called "Dimension." The girl group has a total of 24 members, but the girls get to debut in different sub-unit groups with the members chosen by their fans.

Of course, there are many idol groups with different sub-units, but tripleS has a unique system in which the unit group will not be able to continue their promotions if they don't meet a certain goal. In order for the unit group to continue, they need to sell 100,000 album copies or more.

The first sub-unit of tripleS was AAA (Acid Angel from Asia) which made their debut on October 23 as a four-member group. The girls garnered attention for various reasons, but their promotion ended short.

The girls were officially disbanded this month after about 1 month of promotion because they were not able to meet their album sales quota. AAA's first mini-album, 'ACCESS,' had sold only 18,500 copies leading the unit group to disband.
