LE SSERAFIM talk pressure, secret behind success, and more in an interview with NYLON Manila

In May of this year, LE SSERAFIM came back with their much-anticipated first full-length album 'UNFORGIVEN,' featuring the title track of the same name.

In an exclusive interview with NYLON Manila, five-member girl group under Source Music opened up about handling pressure. Member Yunjin told the magazine that they embrace pressure as a natural part of their journey, adding, "It’s actually a good type of pressure because it motivates us to strive for something greater."

Speaking of the pressure, leader Chaewon shared that the group wants to encourage their audience to resist the pressure set by society. “We want our listeners to follow their own hearts and beliefs,” she said.

The members noted that there are a lot of factors behind their enormous success. Eunchae mentioned that it is their strong teamwork and dedication, while Chaewon said that their fans, FEARNOT, play an important role in their success. Above all, the members regard their strong ties as one of the most important keys to their success.

Recently, LE SSERAFIM announced their awaited 2023 world tour aptly titled 'FLAME RISES,' where the girls will head to different counties in Asia including Japan, Hong Kong, Jakarta, and Bangkok with them kicking off the tour in Seoul.

Kazuha shared that the key to enjoying the performance is making sure they practice until they are all satisfied with it. Sakura added, "We’ve performed in a variety of settings, but nothing compares to the feeling of performing right in front of our fans."
