Potential designs for new 'Pepero' boxes featuring girl group NewJeans have appeared online, once again prompting speculations that the girls will be endorsing the snack brand soon.
It's believed that Lotte Wellfood Co. has recently chosen NewJeans as the newest endorsement models for 'Pepero', the first time in approximately 6-years that the snack brand has been endorsed by a K-Pop idol group. Previously, EXO-K collaborated with 'Pepero' from 2014 through 2017.
Now, it seems that 'Pepero' will be partnering up with NewJeans in a strategic move that simultaneously targets domestic and global markets. New brand campaigns featuring NewJeans will likely launch some time before 'Pepero Day', which falls on November 11.
