ZEROBASEONE's Matthew and Taerae have tested positive for COVID-19.
On August 3, ZEROBASEONE's label WAKEONE released an official statement about the two members, stating, "On August 2, both members had mild body aches and took a rapid antigen test confirming COVID-19. They have no other symptoms besides a slight sore throat, and they'll be moved to a separate facility where they'll quarantine for 5 days to prevent the spread of infection."
WAKEONE further confirmed the other ZEROBASEONE members have tested negative, and unfortunately, the group had to cancel their filming for Mnet's 'M! Countdown'. However, the special MCs for 'M! Countdown' will film as scheduled. ZEROBASEONE will also be present for the '2023 saemangeum World Scout Jamboree K-POP SUPER LIVE' excluding Matthew and Taerae. The group's fan sign and video call event has been postponed as well.
Stay tuned for updates.
