Actress Jin Seo Yeon says her KBS Entertainment Awards red carpet look was inspired by NewJeans' Y2K concept

Jin Seo Yeon made headlines in Korea for her 'reversal style' at this year's KBS Entertainment Awards.

At the event, which was held on December 23 KST, the actress accompanied her 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant' castmates Lee Chan Won, Ryu Soo Young, and Boom on the red carpet, showcasing her elegant beauty and goddess-like figure in a white slip dress.

When asked about the concept of her red carpet look, Jin Seo Yeon replied with a smile while revealing, "It's a NewJeans concept. This is a hairstyle I've actually never tried before!"

She also expressed her feelings about being nominated for the evening's Rookie Award for Show & Variety, saying, "['Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant'] is my very first variety show, and I feel nervous to be nominated. I'm not expecting anything, but I'll be grateful if I'm considered." Later, during the award show, Jin Seo Yeon ended up receiving the award.

During her acceptance speech, she shared her gratitude for the award, stating, "It's my first time being on a variety show, and I'm thankful for the recognition. I received a great gift this year. I moved to Jeju Island and met other people raising kids, which gave me immense energy. I root for all of the mothers of the world."
