Ever since Lee Kwan Hee chose Choi Hye Sun at the end of 'Single's Inferno 3', viewers have been wondering where their relationship went offscreen. In the middle of continuing speculation and rumors they were dating, Lee Kwan Hee personally spoke up on the matter. 

On January 20, the professional basketball player revealed on his personal YouTube channel that they are not a couple. He expressed, "I don't post on YouTube during the basketball season, but I had a message to tell you, so I filmed a video at home late. I want to say that I'm not a couple with Choi Hye Sun."

Lee Kwan Hee continued, "I contacted Choi Hye Sun from time to time right after the show and saw her at a get-together dinner, but I have to have a relationship with someone I can see every day. In reality, Hye Sun has to go back to England soon, and I also have to go down to Changwon to focus on training. I honestly didn't think we could be a couple. That's why I only kept in touch with her from time to time."

On speculation he gifted Choi Hye Sun flowers on her birthday, he said, "I've actually never been to that florist, and I never gave her flowers," further denying rumors on social media.
