Amidst the controversy surrounding member Kim Ji Woong's use of profanity, ZEROBASEONE's agency Wake One Entertainment has issued a new statement.
On February 3 KST, a representative of Wake One told media outlets, "After verifying with the individual in question, it has been confirmed that the allegations are not true. We have also conducted confirmations with our staff and interpreters who were present at the scene."
Earlier, member Kim Ji Woong was accused of using profanity after immediately wrapping up a fan call. The fan, who captured the utterance on video, took to SNS to expose the idol.
Furthermore, Wake One stated that they will "employ various methods, including digital media forensics, to unequivocally determine the truth for precise and objective confirmation, ensuring the protection of the artist."
