
YG Entertainment has announced its partnership with Japan's Avex to host the 'YG x avex Audition 2024', marking the first joint audition between the two entertainment giants in approximately 8 years since 2016.
The auditions will be conducted across 10 large-scale events in seven major cities in Japan, including Sapporo, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Osaka, Tokyo, Sendai, and Okinawa. Applicants born between 2003 and 2013, regardless of gender or nationality, are welcome to apply online from February 13-March 10.
With YG Entertainment's track record of producing global K-pop sensations like Big Bang, BLACKPINK, WINNER, iKON, TREASURE, and the recent success of BABYMONSTER, the collaboration aims to continue the tradition of discovering and nurturing top-tier talent in the music industry.
