On March 23, JYP Entertainment's boy band Xdinary Heroes successfully completed their show in Manila, Philippines as part of their first world tour titled 'Break The Brake.'
The band opened the show with the lead single "Freddy" off of their recent album 'Livelock,' followed by their dynamic performances of "Come into my head," "KNOCK DOWN," "checkmate," "Test Me," and "Hair Cut" among others.
The mood in the venue dwindled as they sang their ballads, including "Good enough," "Dear H.," and "Paranoid." The boys also let their fans sing "Good enough" and "Paranoid." "Manila, you're the best," they exclaimed.
Following the sweet serenades, they then turned the mood back up as they rocked the stage with electrifying performances of "Freakin' Bad," "Strawberry Cake," "Pirate," and "Break the Brake." Taking a few minutes backstage, the boys returned in black shirts for an encore, performing "X-MAS" and "Happy Death Day," with another round of "Freakin' Bad" to officially conclude the two-hour show.
Before the concert drew to a close, each of the members relayed their final segment, starting with O.de, saying, "Thank you so much for preparing something [fan video] like this. The reason why six of us can stand here and enjoy on stage is because of all of you, Villains. There's this saying that there's no forever, but with you, I feel like there's forever. I will try my best to create good memories with you until my last breath. We would love to see you watch us grow together. We have planned and prepared a lot for you to look forward to not just for now but also in the future."
Jooyeon: "It's been a long while since we came here in Manila. There are people we met last time. It's really nice to meet you, we're meeting again! We learned something very cool in the [fan] video. We have the same feeling that we are through this together. You have to really be passionate for us to meet again as quickly as possible. You should be healthy and safe. Thank you for the unforgettable memory today. See you again."
Gunil: "Thank you guys so much. As you know, this isn't our first time in Manila. It's been two years already. I had so much fun. It's our second time visiting Manila, and it seemed a lot more warm. You guys greeted us with such a warm welcome. I made unforgettable memories with you again. Also, the video that you made, I think that that was really cute. It really touched my heart. I was able to feel and receive the love through the video made by all of you. I hope you are able to feel our love towards you, too. I'm hoping that we will come back to Manila as soon as possible. But on a bigger stage. In order to do that, we need all of your help. After this concert, tell your friends, cousins, uncles, and everybody that our concert is so much fun. Don't forget to bring them with you, so we will be able to perform on a bigger stage next time. I hope you will stay safe and healthy until we come back. Thank you, and see you again!"
Gaon: "First of all when I opened my eyes this morning, I felt very happy. It's been a while since I woke up in the morning really happy. When I came to the venue, I knew what was the reason why, and it was because of all of you. Thank you to each and everyone of you who enjoyed the concert tonight. Really, we will come back very soon. We will do our best!"
Jun Han: "Because of you, we were able to really enjoy our performances. To Villains, thank you so much for enjoying our performances. Manila fans are very passionate and your energy is so high. I had an unforgettable memory as well. Manila is a city that we always look forward to whenever we have a tour. Next time, we will come back again and bring more good performances. Please stay beautiful. Thank you very much!"
Jungsu: "First of all, thank you so much for coming to our concert tonight. During our first visit to Manila, we were not the only ones who performed, but there were also other artists.
