On this day's episode, Lee Jang Woo arrived late, revealing his slimmed-down appearance. He mentioned that during his infamous green padded jacket era, he weighed 108kg. Now, with a defined jawline, everyone was taken aback, commenting, "Your neck looks longer, you look unfamiliar. Who are you?"
Lee Jang Woo appeared even more agile, and his previously prominent belly has noticeably shrunk. He disclosed his secret of simultaneous dieting and exercise, saying, "I used to eat a lot, which led to digestive problems and early symptoms of diabetes." He reminisced, "When I felt too hungry, I resisted temptation by eating cherry tomatoes as a snack."
From 108kg, he has shed down to 86kg, losing a total of 22kg of body fat in three months. He stated, "Even the doctor discouraged fast dieting, but now I've regained my health."
Jun Hyun Moo and Park Na Rae who joined Lee Jang Woo on this diet also weighed in. Jun Hyun Moo weighed in at 71.5kg, having lost 13kg from his previous weight of 83kg. He emphasized, "Dieting is more about diet than exercise, but doing both is the best." Park Na Rae, who also shed her belly fat, now weighs 47.7kg, a precise reduction of 6kg.
Park Na Rae expressed her concerns, "The May issue of the magazine must be released, and as it's my first photoshoot, so I was more worried." She continued, "Regardless of others' opinions, I wanted to show my passionate side for the first time in a long time," smoothly continuing the shoot.
