Former T-ara member Ahreum announced she's pregnant with her fourth child.
According to recent reports, Ahreum's boyfriend announced on social media that Ahreum is pregnant with the couple's second child. Along with an ultrasound photo, Ahreum's boyfriend wrote, "We're already having a second child after giving birth to Mideum. It'll be 8 weeks soon. Now that we're pregnant with our second child, both Ahreum and I will be healthier and live hard while only looking towards the future."
After leaving T-ara, Ahreum married a businessman two years her senior in 2019 and had two sons with him, but she revealed last December that she was in the process of a divorce.
Following this, she began a public relationship with a non-celebrity boyfriend, with whom she reportedly broke up but later reconciled. Previously, Ahreum made headlines due to fraud allegations.
On August 12, Gyeonggi Gwangmyeong Police reported that Ahreum had been sent to prosecution on fraud charges. She was accused of borrowing approximately 37 million KRW (~26,466.95 USD) from three people, including a fan, and failing to repay them. Police also found that Ahreum's boyfriend allegedly extorted a portion of the money from the victims and was sent to prosecution alongside her. Ahreum denied the allegations, claiming she, too, was a victim.
Ahreum further shared, "The cases are being resolved one by one. I am taking legal action against malicious articles and people who seek to harass and exploit me," giving a brief update on her situation.
