Celebrity couple Cha Ye Ryun and Joo Sang Wook have shared a look inside their new home after relocating from their upscale apartment in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
On April 30, a video titled "Cha Ye Ryun and Joo Sang Wook's New House Tour First Reveal" was uploaded to Cha Ye Ryun's YouTube channel.
In the video, Cha Ye Ryun said they had moved for the first time in four and a half years. She explained that they had quickly cleaned only the kitchen and living room just in time for filming.
The living room, located at the end of a long hallway, stood out with its modern and spacious design. Cha Ye Ryun explained that not much had changed besides the home itself. The chairs and sofa were the same ones from their previous place. She added that the ceilings in their old apartment were higher, but the new home's white background made the furniture appear more defined despite the lower ceilings.
She also showed a corner of the living room that had been turned into a workout space. She said the gym equipment looked new but had actually been in use for four to five years. She added that she tends not to use it when it's kept in a room, but when it is out in the open, she sometimes lies on it for a while. She joked that the real issue is not being able to roll back after lying down, which made viewers laugh.
The kitchen, styled in white tones, was also shown in the video. Aside from the lighting fixture installed above the dining table, she mentioned that nothing new had been purchased. The light was bought as a small way to refresh the atmosphere.
Joo Sang Wook also appeared in the video and commented that it had been four days since the move. He said he had a nosebleed and joked that since his military discharge, he had never talked so much on the phone as he had during the moving process. He added that only the visible areas were somewhat organized while the rest of the house remained unpacked.
