Australian rapper Allday (Tomas Henry Gaynor) is threatening a legal battle against The Black Label's co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT, reported The Music.
The rapper claimed in a Facebook post:
"People keep asking me about this..... I have a trademark on the name Allday. Maybe I don't have 20 billion streams like that kpop s*** which mostly sucks by the way. But I do exist and own the trademark to my name. Prepare for the greatest legal battle of all time."
According to The Music, Allday registered his the trademark to his name in Australia in June of 2021, covering digital music, recordings, vinyl, merchandise, live music entertainment, music videos, etc. He also claimed that his trademark is also registered in the U.S.
When K-Pop fans flocked to his social media channels to call out his remarks, the Australian rapper posted on Instagram,
"Getting so much hate for this i didn't realise how many people grew up with lead in their drinking water."
Meanwhile, The Black Label's co-ed K-Pop groupALLDAY PROJECT debuted on June 23, 2025 with the release of their debut single, 'Famous'. The group is made up of Annie, Tarzzan, Bailey, Woochan, and Youngseo.
