ILY:1 has officially announced the conclusion of their group activities, marking the end of their three-year journey together.
On June 24, SPOTV News reported that ILY:1 will wrap up their promotions following their final concert in Japan. The report also revealed that most staff members at their agency, FC ENM, have recently departed the company, further signaling the group's disbandment.

Although we’re now returning to our individual lives, we hope the precious memories made together with ILY:1 will continue to give Only:1 strength in your everyday lives until the day we meet again.”
ILY:1 debuted in 2022 with the single "Love in Bloom" and steadily built a dedicated fanbase known as Only:1. Over the past three years, the group released multiple albums and held performances both domestically and abroad. As the members move on to pursue their individual paths, fans have expressed both sadness and gratitude for the memories shared.
