Superstar Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson shared a behind-the-scenes story about an after-party dinner during her appearance on 'You Quiz on the Block.'
On the July 9 episode of the tvN variety show 'You Quiz on the Block,' Scarlett Johansson joined as a guest to promote the newly released film 'Jurassic World: New Beginnings,' which hit theaters on July 2. This marks her first visit to Korea in eight years.
When host Yoo Jae Suk asked if Hollywood holds company dinners like in Korea, Johansson responded, “Yeah, we have a wrap party. And a lot of the times we have dinner together or go to a bar,” drawing attention. Co-host Jo Se Ho chimed in, saying that Yoo Jae Suk, as the eldest and de facto leader on 'You Quiz on the Block,' usually picks up the bill, and asked who handles the check in Hollywood gatherings.
Scarlett Johansson then shared a recent story from a post-premiere dinner in London, saying, “It was an after party, after the premiere. All the cast and a lot of people came from the production. Everybody had many drinks and lots of food, and everything. And at the end of the night, everybody was like 'Bye, great to see you, see you on the rest of the tour.' And I was like 'Wait.' I was there alone and was like 'Who's paying the bill?' I got left with the bill!"
She joked, “Yeah, they left me with the bill. Can you believe that?", prompting laughter from the two hosts.
Meanwhile, 'You Quiz on the Block' is a travel-themed variety show led by “Big Jagi (honey)” Yoo Jae Suk and “Little Jagi" Jo Se Ho, airing every Wednesday at 8:45 PM KST on tvN.
