aespa member Karina has shared a heartfelt reason behind her decision to obtain a driver’s license, touching fans with her sincerity.
On April 14 KST, a video titled “Practice is the key to passing” was uploaded on aespa’s official YouTube channel, showing karina preparing for her driving test.
In the video, Karina explained that her motivation comes from her grandmother, with whom she currently lives. She shared that after reading a story about going on a drive with a grandmother, she wanted to create the same memory before it was too late.
“I want to take my grandmother on a drive and have her sit in the passenger seat,” she said, adding that she plans to get her license as soon as possible to make it happen.
Her candid and warm intention drew smiles, especially when she joked about choosing a nearby destination and realistically commented on long distance driving.
Despite her busy schedule, Karina successfully passed the written test with a score of 85/100. Confident in her abilities, she expressed determination to pass the practical exam as well, raising anticipation for her next step.
