JeA has officially parted ways with AURA Entertainment, marking the start of a new chapter in her career.
On April 19, AURA Entertainment announced through its official social media channels that both parties had agreed to terminate the exclusive contract following in-depth discussions. The agency stated, “After thorough conversations, we have mutually decided to end the contract while supporting each other’s future endeavors.”
The company also expressed gratitude to JeA for the time they shared together and asked fans to continue showing their support for her upcoming activities.
JeA is widely known as the leader and lead vocalist of Brown Eyed Girls, earning recognition for her strong vocal ability and distinctive tone. In addition to her group activities, she has steadily built her own musical identity through solo tracks such as “Why Didn't I realize,” “I Don’t Want to Say I’m Lonely,” and “On Rainy Days.”
With the conclusion of her contract, attention is now turning to what direction JeA will take next. Having balanced both group and solo activities while exploring a wide range of musical styles, expectations are high for her next move.
