DKZ announces end of group activities in May, agency confirms in official statement

DONGKIZ (DKZ) will officially conclude their group activities in May 2026, marking the end of their seven-year journey as a group.

On April 15, DONGYO ENTERTAINMENT announced that DKZ will end group activities following their final scheduled commitments on May 31, 2026. The agency confirmed the decision was made after thorough discussions with the members and stated that the group’s activities will conclude upon completion of all planned schedules. The agency also expressed gratitude to the members for their dedication throughout their careers and thanked fans for their continued support.

Following the conclusion of group activities, all five members Sehyeon, Mingyu, Jaechan, Juone, and Giseok will pursue individual activities starting in June 2026. Jaechan and Juone, who have renewed their contracts with the agency, will continue their activities in various fields, while Sehyeon, Mingyu, and Giseok will also continue their careers under the agency as artists. The agency stated that it will continue to provide full support for all members moving forward.

First, we sincerely thank all fans who have been sending DKZ unwavering love and support.

After sufficient discussions with the members, it has been agreed that the group’s activities will conclude with their final scheduled commitments through May 31, 2026.

We would like to express our deep gratitude for the valuable effort and time of the members who have walked this path with us: Jaechan and Juone, who have led the team brightly for the past seven years, and Sehyeon, Mingyu, and Giseok, who joined in 2022 and added great strength. Sehyeon, Mingyu, Jaechan, Juone, and Giseok will meet fans through individual activities starting in June 2026.
