Former T-ara member and actress Ryu Hwa Young shared a joyful update from her personal life, revealing her birthday celebrations and expressing affection for her fiancé.

On April 22, Ryu posted several everyday photos on her social media, marking her birthday. Alongside the images, she wrote, “Thanks my love,” openly showing her appreciation and affection toward her boyfriend.

Earlier, she had also hinted at a marriage proposal, adding the message, “My answer is yes,” fueling public curiosity about her upcoming wedding.

On April 1, Ryu officially announced her marriage plans, stating, “With excitement strengthened by certainty, we have decided to walk the same path. Beyond love, we have chosen to become each other’s everything. September 12, 2026. We are getting married.” She also shared several affectionate couple photos, revealing a more personal side of her relationship.

In her posts, she affectionately referred to her fiancé, writing about starting a “lovestagram” and describing him as a reliable and caring partner. She added lighthearted remarks such as, “a man like a father figure I always wanted,” and expressed that their relationship has become increasingly sweet over time. Her fiancé is reported to be a businessman three years older than her.

Ryu Hwa Young debuted in 2010 as a member of T-ara before leaving the group to pursue acting. Since then, she has appeared in various dramas, including 'Mad Dog' and 'The Beauty Inside,' building her career as an actress.
