G-Dragon is estimated to have received over 60 billion KRW (approximately 40 million USD)) in settlements from his agency following a year of extensive global activities.
According to a broadcast report on April 8 KST, the estimate is based on Galaxy Corporation’s recently disclosed 2025 audit report. The company’s standalone payment fees reportedly surged to around 71.4 billion KRW, marking a 31 fold increase compared to the previous year.
In the entertainment industry, such payment fees largely consist of artist settlements. Even after accounting for expenses such as legal and promotional costs, analysts suggest that G-Dragon’s earnings alone could exceed 65 billion KRW.
Galaxy Corporation also reported significant growth during the same period. Its consolidated revenue rose approximately 618 percent year on year to 298.9 billion KRW, while operating profit reached 12.5 billion KRW, achieving a turnaround into profitability. Industry insiders attribute this growth largely to G-Dragon’s activities, particularly his global tour and music releases.
Looking ahead, G-Dragon is expected to continue his momentum with upcoming projects, including a performance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, as well as potential BIGBANG activities and further comebacks, further solidifying his influence in the global market.
