Girls’ Generation member Hyoyeon failed to gain public support from fellow member YoonA in a lighthearted moment.
On April 22 KST, a new episode of the YouTube series “Level Up with Hyoyeon” was released, featuring Hyoyeon attempting to gather support for her project group “Hyorisu.” Competing against members Yuri and Sooyoung for the main vocal position, Hyoyeon realized she was falling behind in public votes and decided to seek endorsements.
Learning that YoonA was nearby for a schedule, Hyoyeon rushed to meet her. However, despite repeated attempts—including directly asking if Yoona liked her more than Yuri and Sooyoung—Yoona maintained a neutral stance, replying that she liked all members.
Hyoyeon continued to press for support, asking whether Yoona had watched the “Hyorisu” content and which group name she preferred. Still, YoonA avoided giving a clear answer, even joking that she didn’t fully understand the situation.
As the conversation continued, Hyoyeon openly requested public endorsement, but YoonA ultimately declined, saying that supporting only one member might upset the others. Her firm yet playful refusal added humor to the situation.
The exchange highlighted the members’ close friendship and chemistry, delivering laughs while showing their genuine bond.
