i-dle to release fun pop OST 'Hide and Seek' for TV Asahi animation series 'Gals Can't Be Kind to Otaku!?'

i-dle will release a bright, pop-style OST for the Japanese romantic comedy animation series, 'Gals Can't Be Kind to Otaku!?'.

Set for release on global streaming platforms on April 22, i-dle's OST "Hide and Seek" depicts the inner feelings of a girl who is always confident on the outside, but sensitive on the inside. This marks i-dle's second ever animation OST after "Invincible" released in 2025. 

Meanwhile, 'Gals Can't Be Kind to Otaku!?' tells the story of an otaku high schooler who befriends two "gyaru"-type girls at his school. The series is currently airing on TV Asahi.

i-dle will also greet their fans in Japan later this June with a stop on their '2026 i-dle World Tour [Syncopation]' in Yokohama.
