KARD member BM has shared his thoughts on taking on his first acting challenge through 'Beef Season 2.'
On April 23, BM said through his agency, “I still can’t believe that Beef Season 2 has opened a new chapter in my life. It’s such a great honor to make my acting debut alongside such incredible senior actors.”
He continued, “Through the character Woo Shi, I was able to show another side of myself, which made the experience even more meaningful. I learned so much throughout the filming process,” adding, “Using this as a stepping stone for a new beginning, I will continue to show more diverse sides of myself in the future.”
With the series, which was released on April 16, BM officially entered Hollywood and unveiled a new side of himself as an actor.

'Beef Season 2' tells the story of a young couple who witness a shocking confrontation between a superior and his wife at an exclusive country club for the elite. The incident spirals into an intense psychological battle involving the two couples and a Korean billionaire who owns the club, as manipulation and pressure escalate among them.
In the drama, BM plays Woo Shi, a coach who runs a tennis shop within the country club. As a character entangled with various figures in the club, Woo Shi heightens the tension of the story. He is someone who closely observes both the club’s glamorous surface and its darker underbelly, subtly revealing his ambition to climb higher by leveraging Chairman Park, played by Youn Yuh Jung.
BM left a strong impression by delicately portraying the character’s layered personality.
