Nam Bo Ra celebrates baby shower with ‘Sunny’ cast ahead of birth

Actress Nam Bo Ra has shared a heartwarming update as she prepares to give birth in June, celebrating a surprise baby shower with her ‘Sunny’ co stars.

On April 14 KST, Nam Bo Ra posted photos on social media along with a message expressing her gratitude and emotions, writing that she felt both thankful and sorry for the unexpected celebration.

The photos show Park Jin Joo, Kim Bo Mi, and Kim Min Young organizing a surprise baby shower for her, decorating the space with flowers and balloons. The group warmly celebrated the upcoming arrival of her baby, with their long standing friendship clearly on display.

Nam Bo Ra shared that she arrived late due to work, only to be surprised by the thoughtful event. “Seeing them holding white balloons from afar made me feel so sorry, grateful, and touched,” she wrote, expressing deep appreciation for her friends. She added that although they do not meet as often as before, they still hold an important place in her heart.

The actresses previously worked together in the 2011 film ‘Sunny’ and have maintained their close bond for nearly 15 years.

Nam Bo Ra married a non celebrity of the same age in May last year and announced her pregnancy seven months later. She is currently expecting her first child in June.
