TXT returns stronger than ever with Billboard success and domestic sweep

BY Alec06 · April 27, 2026

TXT (Tomorrow X Together) has demonstrated overwhelming presence in their first comeback following their contract renewal, simultaneously dominating the U.S. Billboard charts and Korean music shows.

According to a preview article published by Billboard on the 27th (local time), TXT’s eighth mini album ‘7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns’ debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, the publication’s main albums chart. With this achievement, the group has now placed a total of 13 Korean and Japanese releases on the chart, further solidifying their global standing.

The new album candidly captures the emotions the members have experienced over the past seven years since their debut, including anxiety, emptiness, and growth. Its experimental sound combined with a sincere message has drawn praise from global listeners.

Their domestic promotions were equally outstanding. The title track “Stick With You” concluded its run on the SBS program Inkigayo ON THE GO on the 26th, securing a total of five music show wins and achieving a “grand slam.” In response, the members shared, “It was a meaningful and valuable promotion. TXT is just getting started, so please continue to support us,” expressing heartfelt gratitude to their fandom, MOA.

This promotion cycle highlighted both the seasoned confidence of an eighth-year group and the passion of rookies.

Having successfully wrapped up their comeback promotions, TXT is now expanding their engagement beyond the stage into variety content.

Starting May 1, they will showcase a different side of themselves through the Wavve-exclusive variety show ‘TXT’s Parenting Diary,’ and are also set to appear on popular YouTube content such as ‘ZZANBRO’ and ‘Tipsy Live.’
