TXT is set to showcase a new side of themselves through a unique parenting reality show.
Wavve’s original variety program 'TXT’s Parenting Diary' has released its main trailer ahead of its premiere on May 1. The show follows the global K-pop group as they care for a 14-month-old baby, reviving the beloved 'god's Parenting Diary' format that gained popularity in the early 2000s.
The trailer highlights the members’ different childcare styles as they meet the baby, Yujun, for the first time. Soobin shows a gentle and attentive side, while Yeonjun tries to win the baby’s attention with affection, often leading to humorous moments. Beomgyu brings energy through playful activities, Taehyun demonstrates practical skills and preparation, and Huening Kai stays close to the baby as a devoted “uncle” figure.
The members also shared their honest thoughts. Beomgyu and Yeonjun admitted that while it was challenging at first, the baby’s smile made everything worthwhile. Soobin expressed surprise at how much he enjoyed being around the baby, while Taehyun noted the effective division of roles among the members. Huening Kai added that the experience made him more appreciative of his parents.
Combining idol life with childcare, 'TXT’s Parenting Diary' is expected to deliver both entertainment and heartfelt moments.
The show will premiere exclusively on Wavve on May 1.
