Karina of aespa is drawing major attention online after revealing her intense comeback-day schedule through a viral “Setlog” video.

Recently, Karina shared a “Setlog” documenting her daily routine while preparing for music show promotions during aespa’s comeback week. The content was uploaded through a fan communication platform and quickly became a hot topic across social media.

“Setlog” is a trending social media format in which users record short two-second clips every hour to create a real-time snapshot of their day.

According to the video recorded on May 15, Karina woke up around 2:54 AM. before leaving home shortly after 3:00 AM. She arrived at a hair and makeup salon around 4:00 AM, officially beginning her packed schedule before sunrise.

Her styling session reportedly continued nonstop until around 6:50 AM, after which she headed to pre-record a music show performance. Only after completing the recording did she briefly return home around 8:00 AM for what fans described as a “first shift ending.”

But the break was short-lived. Karina returned to the broadcasting station around 2:00 PM for script reading and later appeared on the live broadcast stage around 5:00 PM.

Even after finishing the performance, her day still was not over. She reportedly returned to the salon for additional maintenance before finally eating dinner around 8:00 PM. At 8:30 PM, she headed back to the company building for individual practice sessions and did not officially finish work until around 10:00 PM.

The nearly 19-hour schedule stunned many online users, who flooded communities and social media platforms with reactions ranging from admiration to concern.

Comments included, “Do all idols work like this during comeback season?” “How does anyone survive this schedule?” and “Not just the idols, but the staff working alongside them must be exhausted too.”

Meanwhile, aespa is set to release its second full-length album ‘LEMONADE’ on May 29 at 1 PM KST, officially kicking off the group’s comeback promotions.
