A woman known online as the so-called “Injection Aunt,” who is accused of performing illegal medical procedures on celebrities including broadcaster Park Na Rae, has hinted at additional revelations through social media posts.
On May 20 KST, the woman identified only as “A” uploaded a cryptic message to her social media account, writing, “Trust can sometimes save people, but trust given to just anyone eventually returns as pain and responsibility.”
She continued, “I endured, trusted, and waited for a long time. But now I know. Even trust comes with a price. The choices people brushed off lightly and the relationships they took for granted all lead to consequences in the end.”
A further warning in the post read, “How they used me. Why I was used. It’s time for the truth to reveal itself.”
Alongside the message, A also shared screenshots of what appeared to be text conversations with an acquaintance. One message allegedly referenced introductions involving a celebrity and included mention of “Hyunmoo-hyung,” leading some online users to speculate that the comments were directed at broadcaster Jun Hyun Moo once again.
Although no names were explicitly stated, the wording fueled renewed speculation. Earlier this year, A had previously uploaded posts containing the characters “Jun” and “Moo,” along with imagery associated with the MBC variety show 'I Live Alone.'
A is currently under police investigation on charges including violations of medical law, the Special Act on the Control of Public Health Crimes, and narcotics management law violations. Authorities have reportedly imposed a travel ban as the investigation continues.
