ALL(H)OURS enter their 2nd year as idols with no doubts, talk about how their recent EP satisfies both the eyes and ears of the audience

BY Sofia-Sayson · May 26, 2026

With their first official comeback of 2026, ALL(H)OURS showcase their artistic growth through their new mini-album, 'NO DOUBT.'

The project's six tracks—"NO DOUBT," "DEAD MAN WALKING," "Piece of Me," "My Spring, My Light, My Breath," alongside the unit songs "7 o'clock (KUNHO, YOUMIN, MINJE, ON:N)" and "Cause I'm Insane (YOUMIN, XAYDEN, MASAMI, HYUNBIN)"—ultimately prove that the group can, undoubtedly, command immense versatility. This range is evident in their powerful and immersive performance on the hybrid dark trap-and-rock track "DEAD MAN WALKING" to the emotional depth of their vocals in "My Spring, My Light, My Breath."

Centering on the message of having zero doubts, the members fully embody this mindset with a confidence that mirrors their continuous growth and exploration as idols. "Musically, we also leaned into a more immersive and concept-driven sound," KUNHO told allkpop. ALL(H)OURS has grown not only professionally but also personally. "Going through that time together has broadened my understanding of the members," said MINJE.

Following the release of a mini-album that marks their second year in the industry, allkpop had the opportunity to chat with ALL(H)OURS about NO DOUBT, its creative process, and their evolution over the past years. Check out the full exclusive interview below!

allkpop: Please introduce yourselves. What is a unique quality or skill you believe you bring to the table as a member of ALL(H)OURS?

KUNHO: As the leader of ALL(H)OURS, I focus on coordinating the members’ opinions and creating a positive team atmosphere. Through that process, I feel like I’m continuously learning about responsibility. I’m also working hard to maintain stable vocals condition in order to balance the team’s vocal quality and live performances.

YOUMIN: I think I serve as the pillar of ALL(H)OURS’ performances. Since each member has such a strong individuality, I see my role as balancing those unique qualities through performance so they blend naturally into the identity of ALL(H)OURS.

XAYDEN: Hello, I’m XAYDEN, the stylish rapper of ALL(H)OURS. I believe I bring strong characteristics to our team. Through my own style, I think I help show what ALL(H)OURS’ identity is and what kind of vibe we have as a group.

MINJE: Hello, this is MINJE of ALL(H)OURS. I contribute to the team with my beautiful vocal tone and visuals, helping elevate the group’s presence.

MASAMI: I’m in charge of languages. I can speak Chinese, Japanese, and Korean well!

HYUNBIN: Hello, I’m HYUNBIN, the mood maker of ALL(H)OURS. I’m the youngest member and a rapper of the team.

ON:N: I’m ON:N, the shining youngest member of ALL(H)OURS. I’m responsible for vocals and dance in the team. Since I have a high vocal range, I usually handle the high notes, and together with YOUMIN, I contributed to the team by creating choreography for four of the tracks included on our album.

allkpop: ‘NO DOUBT’ marks your fifth mini-album. How does it differ from your previous releases in terms of sound, concept, and the specific message you want to convey this time?

KUNHO: This is our first album to fully incorporate a universe story to immerse listeners even more deeply into ALL(H)OURS’ unique color, especially our intense performances, while maximizing the appeal of K-pop. Because of that, I think this album offers even more for both the eyes and ears compared to our previous releases. Musically, we also leaned into a more immersive and concept-driven sound.

allkpop: There are two unit songs on this album. What was your initial reaction when you found out you’d be dividing into units? And how was it decided which members would perform together for each track?

YOUMIN
: It was especially meaningful to once again showcase our voices through unit tracks in our fifth mini-album, following our previous release. In the fourth mini-album, KUNHO participated in a unit track, and this time, I was able to take part in one. I saw it as an opportunity to let Min(ut)es hear my voice in more detail and through a different genre, so I
worked even harder on it. In particular, the B-side tracks on this fifth mini-album are much more melodic, which allowed us to show a different charm compared to our previous albums. Because it was a new kind of appeal for us, we approached it with the mindset of, “Let’s work even harder and do even better!” and I think that helped the results come out even stronger. There are many songs on this album that showcase a different side of us than before, so I’d really appreciate it if you gave them a listen.

allkpop: How did the preparation process for ‘NO DOUBT’ go? Looking back, what was the most memorable moment of the production for you, and why?

HYUNBIN: The most memorable moment for me was when we stayed in Japan for over a week during the album preparation period because of our schedule. At the time, we were working on the song “Cause I’m Insane,” and I still vividly remember staying up late in a hotel room in Tokyo, working on it until dawn.

allkpop: Regarding the title track’s choreography, how long did it take the group to fully master the performance?

YOUMIN: The tempo of this title track is extremely fast, so when we first learned the choreography, I thought it might take some time for us to fully pull it off. But recently, all members of ALL(H)OURS have been working really hard to improve our dance skills together, and as a result, it took about three days to memorize and around two weeks to completely master it. Compared to our debut days, things that used to take much longer now come together much faster, and realizing that makes me feel really proud of how much we’ve grown.

allkpop: The final song on the album is “My Spring, My Light, My Breath.” What does this track mean to you personally, and who (or what) serves as your "light" or "breath" during difficult times?

XAYDEN: The song carries the meaning of a gift we truly wanted. In difficult times, the things that serve as our light or breath are our Min(ut)es, and also lyric writing and composing, which allow us to express and release those emotions through music.

allkpop: It’s been more than two years since your debut. How would you describe the evolution of your teamwork and chemistry? What is the most significant change you’ve noticed in the group over the years?

MINJE
: After living together for two years, I’ve come to realize just how different each member’s personality and tendencies can be. Going through that time together has broadened my understanding of the members, and I think it’s also become much easier for us to communicate and bring our opinions together compared to before.

allkpop: If you had to choose one song from your entire discography to introduce ALL(H)OURS to a new listener, which would it be and why do you feel it perfectly represents the group?

MASAMI: I’d choose “SHOCK,” the title track from our second album! It’s very addictive and has a cool choreography.

ON:N: I’d like to recommend our most recent title track, “DEAD MAN WALKING.” Since it’s our latest release, I think it best represents the kind of music and performances ALL(H)OURS is showcasing right now. It’s also not an exaggeration to say that it has the strongest sound out of all our releases so far, so I believe it can leave a strong impression of both ALL(H)OURS and the track itself the moment you hear it.

allkpop: Are there any specific musical genres or styles you are eager to dabble in for future projects that you think would fit the ALL(H)OURS identity?

YOUMIN: Most of ALL(H)OURS’ title tracks so far have been based on EDM, so it’s the genre we feel most confident in, and I think it fits our identity perfectly as well. For our next comeback, I’d love for us to take EDM and hip-hop even further, creating music so exciting that just hearing the beat would make people want to jump up and move right away.

HYUNBIN: We’ve been working with EDM and many genres derived from EDM, so personally, I also think EDM suits ALL(H)OURS the best. Since all members have a lot of energy, I think we create great synergy with upbeat and exciting genres.

allkpop: We’re already approaching the halfway point of 2026. What are the main goals or milestones you hope to achieve before the year ends?

KUNHO: We want to show our charm to Min(ut)es and K-pop fans through new music. We also hope to make ALL(H)OURS more widely known through performances and storytelling that only we can deliver on major award show stages like MAMA and MMA.

YOUMIN: ALL(H)OURS hasn’t won first place on a music show yet, so I hope we can come back with great music soon and achieve our first win in 2026.

XAYDEN: My goal is to write songs that not only satisfy me personally but also resonate with the general public.

MINJE
: I want to win first place on a music show. I’d love to proudly tell how grateful we are to our Min(ut)es.

MASAMI: For me, it’s definitely winning first place on a music show! And this time, instead of a fan concert, I’d love to hold ALL(H)OURS’ first concert in my hometown.

HYUNBIN: Before 2026 ends, I really want to share my own personal music projects with our Min(ut)es.

ON:N: Before this year ends, I hope to make another comeback and introduce ourselves to the world once again. I’d also love for us to hold another solo concert in Korea, a performance made by ALL(H)OURS, for ALL(H)OURS. Through that, I believe we can properly show our performances once again to both our Min(ut)es and the general audience.

allkpop: Lastly, please leave a final message to your fans and allkpop readers.

KUNHO: To our Min(ut)es~ and allkpop readers! Thanks to you, we were able to successfully complete promotions for our fifth mini-album! The preparation process wasn’t always easy, but I think we were able to endure and grow because we had Min(ut)es by our side. Thank you so much for all the love and support. We’ll continue to give you the same unwavering energy and amazing performances on stage, so let’s stay together moving forward as well!
