Actor Kim Seon Ho marked his birthday with a meaningful act of giving for senior citizens.
On May 11, his agency Fantagio announced that Kim Seon Ho donated 50 million won (approximately $36,000 USD) to the Korea Association of Senior Welfare Centers in celebration of his birthday on May 8.
The organization supports the development of senior welfare centers across South Korea through policy support, education programs, research initiatives, and network-building efforts aimed at improving elderly welfare.
According to the agency, the donation will be used to support educational opportunities and social participation programs for senior citizens at welfare centers nationwide.
Kim Seon Ho reportedly decided to make the donation after recently interacting closely with elderly residents while filming the 'Bonjour Bakery' variety program for Coupang Play. The experience inspired him to support seniors in pursuing new learning opportunities and personal challenges.
Since 2021, Kim Seon Ho has consistently continued his tradition of birthday donations through various charitable causes, including support for children battling leukemia and assistance programs for young adults preparing for independence.

Meanwhile, Kim Seon Ho is currently appearing on the Coupang Play variety show ‘Bonjour Bakery.’
