LE SSERAFIM raises anticipation for ‘BOOMPALA’ ahead of comeback

LE SSERAFIM has heightened excitement for its upcoming comeback after unveiling a second music video teaser for the title track "BOOMPALA".

At midnight on May 21 KST, members Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae released the teaser through the HYBE Labels YouTube channel and Source Music’s official social media accounts.

The teaser features a series of surreal and visually striking scenes, including a statue modeled after Huh Yunjin meditating, Kazuha surrounded by giant speakers, Kim Chaewon spinning atop a desk, and Hong Eunchae reacting to an enormous golden statue.

The final sequence shows “BOOMPALA” spreading beyond Earth and into outer space, hinting at the song’s universal and festival-like atmosphere.

Most notably, the teaser offered fans a first look at the title track’s signature choreography. “BOOMPALA” samples the globally popular Latin pop hit Macarena, incorporating familiar arm-crossing dance movements into the choreography to create an instantly recognizable and catchy performance.

LE SSERAFIM’s second full-length album 'PUREFLOW pt.1' is set for release on May 22 at 1 PM KST.

Ahead of the comeback, the group will also hold a special live event titled “PURE FLOWERS LIVE” on May 21 at 7 PM in collaboration with Spotify, giving fans an opportunity to celebrate the release together.
