LUCY rocks the KSPO Dome with 25,000 fans

BY Helena-son · May 17, 2026

The band LUCY successfully wrapped up their 9th solo concert, '2026 LUCY 9TH Concert 'Island''.

Held on May 16 and 17 at the famous KSPO Dome in Seoul, the four members—Shin Ye Chan, Choi Sang Yeop, Cho Won Sang, and Shin Gwang Il—performed for a total of 25,000 fans over the two days. Playing at this massive venue proved their impressive "step-by-step" growth, having started in much smaller halls and steadily selling out every single concert since their debut.

On the final day, the show kicked off magically with flower petal-like confetti and the song "Sprout", driven by Shin Ye Chan's powerful violin intro. When they played their hit debut track "Flowering" and "Hero", the crowd erupted into loud cheers and passionate singalongs.

The members also showed off their unique charms through solo stages, performing songs like "Rambling", "Little Star", "Porch Light", and "Small Star". A major highlight was a thrilling musical battle between Ye Chan's violin and Won Sang's bass guitar—a unique sight you can only see at a LUCY concert.

As the energy peaked with upbeat hits like "Chameleon", "Unbelievable", and "Some Day in the 21st Century", fans stood up to jump and sing along. Deeply moved by the crowd, Choi Sang Yeop shared, "We waited for this just as much as you did. We poured our everything into this show to make sure you wouldn't have a single boring moment."

This concert was extra special because it was their first show as a complete group in about a year and nine months, following Shin Gwang-il's discharge from the military. Tying back to their beginnings with "LUCY Island", the concert left fans with a beautiful message: "The scattered petals blow back to the island and dye us in light."
