Moon Chae Won clarifies rumors about her future husband ahead of marriage

ActressMoon Chae Won personally addressed recent rumors surrounding her future husband as speculation about her upcoming marriage continues to spread online.

On May 8, Moon launched her official YouTube channel, Moon Chaewon, and uploaded her first video titled 'Moon Chaewon YouTube OPEN – Rumors, Recent Updates, and Marriage Stories.'

In the video, the actress explained why she decided to start a YouTube channel, saying, “I thought I would begin YouTube when marriage became a part of my life. I wanted to communicate more with my fans and experience it beforehand, so I decided to start a little earlier.”

Appearing nervous during her first filming session, Moon admitted, “I couldn’t sleep well last night. I kept waking up in the middle of the night, so I’m very nervous.”

While discussing marriage, Moon also humorously mentioned that her profile page had already listed a spouse. “I checked my Namuwiki page yesterday, and apparently I already have a spouse. It feels so strange. I’m not married yet,” she said with a laugh.

Most notably, Moon directly denied the recent online rumor claiming that she would marry a younger dermatologist. Addressing the speculation, she explained, “There are stories saying that I’m marrying a younger dermatologist. About 10 years ago, during an interview, I was asked whether I preferred younger or older men, and I answered that I liked younger men. I guess someone brought that interview back now, and that’s how these stories started.” She firmly added, “He is not a younger dermatologist.”

Fans have since reacted positively to Moon’s candid explanation and her openness about sharing personal updates through her new YouTube channel.
