NMIXX’s Sullyoon goes viral for “I was prettier as a baby”

NMIXX member Sullyoon surprised viewers with another humorous “self-praising” comment.

On May 15, a video titled “Sullyoon Promotion” was uploaded to YouTuber Kim Sun Tae’s channel, featuring Sullyoon as a guest.

During the video, Kim Sun Tae asked, “Since when did you know you were pretty? You have to be honest.” Sullyoon replied, “Honestly, ever since I was old enough to understand words,” leaving him visibly shocked.

She continued, “Actually, I’m a case of getting less pretty over time. I was really pretty as a baby. Of course all babies are cute, though,” drawing laughter.

When asked if there was a member she envied the most, Sullyoon hesitated for a moment. After Kim Sun Tae jokingly said, “So there isn’t one, right?” she quickly responded, “No, I was actually thinking about who to choose. I could say something about every member.”

Kim Sun Tae then asked which member stood out the fastest during their trainee days, and Sullyoon answered, “Everyone except me.”

In response, Kim Sun Tae joked that perhaps Sullyoon never had to feel rushed because “everyone ends up matching Sullyoon’s pace anyway,” adding that the other members may have had to wait for her before debuting.

Meanwhile, NMIXX released its fifth mini album Heavy Serenade on May 11.
