aespa reveals surprisingly relaxed diet habits and wellness routines

aespa recently surprised fans by revealing their relaxed approach to dieting and the different eating habits each member follows.

In a new episode uploaded to the YouTube channel “Channel Fullmoon,” the members sat down with producer Na Young Seok and chatted while sharing snacks they had personally brought to the set.

When asked if there was a food they were currently obsessed with, Winter quickly answered, “Mala xiang guo.”

The conversation then turned to diet management during promotions. When asked whether she avoids certain foods while promoting, Karina revealed, We actually don’t manage ourselves as strictly as people might think.” Giselle agreed, while Winter’s playful reaction drew laughter from everyone.

Meanwhile, Ningning shared a different perspective, explaining that she pays close attention to her health. She revealed that she drinks green juice every day and has recently adopted a new wellness routine.

“I used to love spicy and strongly flavored foods,” Ningning said. “But they made me feel too sleepy and affected my schedule. These days, I drink olive oil mixed with lemon juice on an empty stomach.”

The candid discussion gave fans a glimpse into the members’ everyday lifestyles and highlighted the different ways each member approaches health and self-care.

aespa recently returned with their second full-length album 'LEMONADE', released on May 29 KST.
