aespa member Ningning recently showed off her confidence in her gaming skills while sharing details about her hobbies and personality.

On June 9 KST, Ningning appeared as a guest on Yoo Byung Jae’s YouTube content series ‘Mugonghae’ (Unconditional Empathy), a program recorded on May 11.

During the conversation, Yoo asked Ningning about her personality. The singer admitted that she often struggles to focus on just one thing at a time.

“I’m not very good at concentrating,” Ningning said. “While watching TV, I might draw, listen to music, zone out, or even play guitar while working on something else.”

When asked about her hobbies, Ningning revealed that she frequently plays PUBG, adding that she prefers the mobile version over the PC edition because of its convenience.

The aespa member also expressed confidence in her abilities as a player.

“I’m good at it,” she said with a laugh. “I’ve been playing for a really long time, about five or six years.”

The conversation took a humorous turn when Yoo Byung Jae mentioned his favorite in-game weapons, the M4 and SKS. Instead of naming a firearm, Ningning replied, “A frying pan.”

She then explained her unusual strategy, saying that after shooting opponents and knocking them down, she sometimes finishes them off with a frying pan or even her fists for fun.

“After they start crawling away, I sometimes tease them and eliminate them with a frying pan or punches,” she joked.

Yoo immediately responded with laughter, saying he had experienced exactly that kind of situation twice before, creating one of the episode’s funniest moments.

Ningning’s candid stories and playful personality offered fans another glimpse of her life beyond the stage, showcasing both her sense of humor and her competitive gamer side.
