Billlie successfully concluded a special busking event celebrating the release of its first full-length album, 'the collective soul and unconscious: chapter two.'
The group met fans on June 10 KST at Cheonggye Plaza in central Seoul, where they delivered a series of energetic performances showcasing the album’s diverse musical colors.
Billlie opened the event with one of the album’s double title tracks, “ZAP,” immediately energizing the crowd. The group continued with the b-side track “SOUPASTA,” known for its playful and catchy sound, and “OFF-AIR,” which highlighted a more refined and groove-driven style. The performance concluded with the second title track, “WORK,” bringing the event to a powerful finale.
Throughout the showcase, Billlie impressed audiences with its signature voguing-inspired choreography, synchronized group performances, and dynamic control of intensity and emotion. The group’s stage presence drew enthusiastic reactions from spectators gathered at the venue.
Following repeated encore requests from fans, Billlie returned to perform “RING ma Bell (what a wonderful world)” as a special closing stage.
The busking event was organized as a way to thank fans for their support of the group’s first full album. By presenting both title tracks and several album cuts, Billlie demonstrated its versatility across genres and performance styles.
A representative described the event as another example of the group’s distinctive artistic identity, often referred to as “Billlie-core,” where music, performance, and storytelling are seamlessly connected to create a unique experience for audiences.
