BTS are still on their global victory lap. The group's latest album 'ARIRANG' has been named one of the best albums of 2026 so far by a string of major Western outlets.
Complex, The Telegraph, Rolling Stone and NME all placed 'ARIRANG' on their mid-year best albums lists, which rolled out between June 12 and 16.
Rolling Stone called BTS's return the biggest story in global music this year. NME described the seven-member group as the world's biggest boy band, while The Telegraph dubbed them the face of K-pop.
The praise adds to an already stacked run for 'ARIRANG,' which topped charts around the world and earned a perfect score from Rolling Stone UK earlier this year. With the album still picking up accolades months after release, BTS's comeback era shows no sign of slowing down.
