Former SONAMOO’s Euijin gets engaged after romantic Hokkaido proposal from Japanese boyfriend

Former SONAMOO member Euijin announced that she has received a marriage proposal from her Japanese boyfriend.

On the 12th, Euijin shared the news through her social media, revealing that the proposal took place in Hokkaido, Japan.

She wrote, “I never thought I would experience a proposal or marriage in my life, and I never expected it would happen in Japan, in Japanese. Yes, I have been proposed to. I am happy.”

She also posted photos showing the moment her boyfriend proposed. According to reports, the proposal happened during a self-wedding photoshoot in Hokkaido, which the couple had been documenting on their joint social media account.

Following the announcement, fellow former Uni.T member Yebin commented that she was “already tearing up,” while Lime, formerly of Hello Venus, also sent her congratulations.

Euijin debuted in 2014 as a member of SONAMOO. She later gained additional attention through KBS 2TV survival program 'The Unit,' where she promoted as part of project group Uni.T. Since 2022, she has been active as a solo artist under the stage name HEZZ.
