Han Suk Kyu's upcoming drama will make its first public appearance at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival.
Production company SLL announced on June 26 that its new drama, 'Speaking Dead,' written by Park Shin Gyu, has been officially invited to the festival.
'Speaking Dead' follows forensic pathologist Jang Jae Wook, played by Han Suk Kyu, who becomes the prime suspect in a notorious terrorist attack. After his shocking confession, long-buried truths surrounding a case that went cold 10 years earlier begin to unravel.
Han Suk Kyu leads the cast as Jang Jae Wook, while Jung Yoo Mi stars as a profiler. Lee Hee Joon plays a prosecutor, Yeom Hye Ran portrays the head of the investigation unit, and Kim Jun Han appears as a legal officer.

The series was originally introduced under the working title Until Morning Comes. It is adapted from the Chinese novel 'The Long Night' and was completed after a lengthy suspension during development.
The first two episodes will premiere in the festival's newly launched Fantascape section, which showcases upcoming series in a format similar to the On Screen section at the Busan International Film Festival.
Audience anticipation has already proven strong. Tickets for 'Speaking Dead' sold out within just five minutes of becoming available when reservations for the festival opened on June 25.
'Speaking Dead' will screen on July 11 at CGV Sopung Theater 10 in Bucheon, followed by a special Q&A session with the audience.
